8 Charges, 6 were not prosecuted

Client charges in Newport News included DWI - 1st offense, 2 x Civil Violation - refused blood/breath test, obstruction/resisted w/o force, driving without license, failure to obey highway sign, failure to obey highwal lane marking, and registration violoation - non-resident. A plea was negotiated with the prosecutor and the client pled guilty on the DWI and driving without a license. The other six charges were not prosecuted (Nolle Prosequi).
