Amazing Defense

In Chesapeake Circuit Court Attorney Helms put together an amazing defense for one of our clients! Grand Larceny Felony charge was reduced to a Misdemeanor Petit Larceny, a charge for Stolen Property with Intent to Sell was Nolle Prosequi, and a Misdemeanor Fraud charge given 12 months go 10 months suspended and only required to serve 30 days on the weekends.

Our client was very excited and pleased!!
